With a plot of land in the shape of a quarter circle that also had a deep slope, were tasked with designing a beach house that would not only work with the land, but give the homeowners optimum sea views. Located in Lima, Perú, the Beach House design is based on two structures that have been cut in order to give it a mineral-like form. The structures were designed to overhang one another helping to provide useful spaces beneath them.
